Whatever you work out in. Our events are casual — come as you are, workout gear and all, or bring a change of clothes. Sunny Disco provides dry shampoo, spray deodorant, and face wipes. You bring anything else you need to feel groovy.

Nope. Come alone or with someone you know — but be prepared to leave with new friends. That's the whole point! We have a strict no-wallflower left behind policy.
