Join us with Catie from PulseHouse Montclair for a Pulse Tone Pilates Sculpt class — a low-impact, high-burn workout using mats, resistance bands, sliders, and light dumbbells (all provided). Expect controlled Pilates-inspired movements that strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
All fitness levels welcome — beginner friendly! After 30 groovy minutes we'll have time to freshen up before walking over to Toro's Mediterranean for a 7PM reservation. We'll provide a Hang Guide to help you connect with your new community!

Toro's: 594 Valley Rd, Montclair, NJ
🎟️ Ticket includes: Groovy workout, good food, soft drinks, and new friends! Alcohol is BYO.
👟 What to bring: Come as you are — workout gear or a change of clothes. Sunny Disco provides dry shampoo, spray deodorant, and face wipes. You bring anything else you need to feel groovy!

3-6 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future Sunny Disco event.
Less than 48 hours: No refund, but we'll apply a credit to your next event!
