Join us at FITLoft in Montclair for a TRX class! Expect full body movements that strengthen and sculpt your entire body. All fitness levels welcome — beginner friendly! After a groovy workout we'll freshen up before walking over to Brick & Dough for the hang. Don't worry — we'll handle the awkward get-to-know-you part.

6:30 PM: Doors Open (Arrive, get settled, & meet someone new)
6:40 PM: Get our sculpt on! Workout Starts
7:15 PM: Freshen up & 1-min walk to our Hang
7:30 PM: Pre-Fix Dinner at Brick & Dough (Salads and Pizzas)

🎟️ Ticket includes: Groovy workout, good food, soft drinks, and new friends! Alcohol is BYO.
👟 What to bring: Come as you are — workout gear or a change of clothes. Sunny Disco provides dry shampoo, spray deodorant, and face wipes. You bring anything else you need to feel groovy!
